Our Mission

Rejuvrth's mission is to catalyze sustainable food systems change by connecting communities, innovators, and policymakers. We provide a platform to amplify community action, accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions, and foster collaborative dialogue to shape effective policies for a more just and resilient food future. At Rejuvrth, we specialize in training, education, and hands-on management of composting projects, equipping individuals and communities with the tools and knowledge to reduce waste and regenerate urban ecosystems. Our approach is built on collaboration, empowerment, and innovation, ensuring that food waste is seen not as trash, but as a valuable resource. What We Do:✔️ Train individuals & communities in food waste recycling✔️ Conduct hands-on Bokashi composting workshops✔️ Help organizations and businesses adopt zero-waste strategies✔️ Organise Sustainable EventsRejuvrth was born out of the Tanjong Rhu Community Composting Project, a six-month initiative that brought together residents, volunteers, and sustainability advocates to tackle household food waste at its source. Funded under the National Environment Agency’s (NEA) Call for Ideas Fund, this pilot project successfully engaged over 80 households, diverting more than 7000 kg of food waste from landfills and transforming it into nutrient-rich compost.Through this journey, we witnessed firsthand the power of community-driven, nature-based solutions in creating lasting environmental impact. Inspired by the enthusiasm of participants and the potential for wider adoption, Rejuvrth emerged as a dedicated initiative to scale these efforts.Get Involved:Join a WorkshopHost Sustainable events with Us.Partner with Us (for Businesses and Organisations)Tripti Bhadauriya ...

This journey has not just been about managing waste but also about fostering a mindful relationship with food. By rethinking how we consume
and discard, I have come to see composting as a quiet yet powerful act of stewardship for the Earth—a practice that, I believe, carries profound
lessons for individuals and communities alike.

We have been part of composting project for last few months and I believe that it has been a great initiative. The entire process has been very
well run and created awareness on issues which are very relevant. The volunteers have provided information on timely basis and have done
everything to ensure the entire project doesn’t create any inconvenience to the residents. As a community, I see no reason why we should not
be doing this to help the environment and reduce overall wastage.

The composting habit has now become so addictive and compulsive because of the immense satisfaction that it provides. It feels like magic to see all the
organic waste which was earlier being dumped in the chute, to be converted into this potent black gold, for the earth. While it makes me feel good to be
giving back something to Mother Earth, also fills me with gratitude and humbles me to think of how much she has been giving to us and what we are giving is honestly what belongs to her.
lastly doing this as a community enterprise in a structured way can make it very productive and successful. Without this collective support and encouragement, I may not have been able to do it as regularly.

The composting process is extremely easy with no smells or bugs in the house. Need of space within the household is just the bin size. It is a great step towards sustainability and reducing litter going down the chute. We can now clearly see if we have food waste besides kitchen scraps which makes us and our children more mindful.

Very happy with this green initiative and an opportunity to recycle meaningfully and conveniently at home. The process is very simple and
doable requiring basic daily mindfulness to store food waste as instructed and 10 mins of time per week to deposit the compost in the condo
collection bins and log your contribution details online. Highly recommend all residents to adopt this in their daily routine. Thank you to Rejuvrth
for initiating and running this successfully last 6 months.

Dear Tripti and the Composting team, this is just a small note to say thank you for initiating this fantastic composting project. The concept was new to me, and I’m truly grateful for the introduction to the Bokashi method. It has made a significant impact on my household by greatly reducing the amount of food waste we dispose of, and the best part is how simple and effective the process is. We are also more conscious of our food purchasing and consumption habits, and are now making more informed choices as a family. A big thank you to our Costa Rhu management team for their support of this initiative. We hope to continue and expand these efforts to create a more sustainable future for our children.

The composting project has made my entire family conscious about our food consumption and wastage. We are aware of what groceries we buy, what is left over, how much is used, and how much is wasted (almost none!). We watch out for all the veggie and fruit peels thrown - and make an effort to extract out all the pulp before discarding it.

This project has greatly reduced the amount of garbage thrown into our shoot - we used to clear our dustbin at least twice a day prior to this. After we started the composting project, we clear our dustbin only once every 2 days! Every drop of water makes a mighty ocean - I hope in some small way this has contributed to the waste collected in Costa rhu as a whole.

The organic manure that was generated is one of the richest in nutrients I have ever seen.

The volunteers have done a fantastic job in driving the waste collection and segregation. A big shout out to our helpers who have taken this up as a personnel task. I sincerely hope we will be able to continue this - and this time with more volunteers chipping in.
