Rejuvrth began with Tripti Bhadauriya's vision to cultivate resilient, sustainable food systems, particularly in urban environments like Singapore. This vision was shaped by over a decade of experience and a unique background that brings together Research, Policy Studies, and Social Sector Consulting. This blend of expertise provides a comprehensive lens through which she approaches complex environmental and social challenges.
Tripti's professional journey includes a significant role as the regional manager Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at Grow Asia. In this position, she developed and led robust MEL frameworks, overseeing reporting processes for international donors and partners. Her work ensured the strategic integration of MEL activities across an extensive agricultural network, driving accountability and measurable impact. She developed innovative tools and approaches that enhanced the efficacy of climate-smart agriculture and sustainable value chains, fostering positive outcomes and gender-inclusive development across programs.
Yet, beyond her professional roles, Tripti's commitment to tangible, on-the-ground change truly ignited the spark for Rejuvrth. As a Co-founder of a Community Garden and the Community Composting Project, she experienced firsthand the power of nature-based solutions in enhancing urban food security. These community-led initiatives showed her the direct impact of sustainable practices and the potential for local action to address broader challenges. It was this hands-on engagement, coupled with her understanding of policy and development, that solidified her desire to scale such solutions. Tripti actively seeks collaboration on projects, aimed at expanding sustainable urban living and strengthening community resilience.
Tripti advocates for urban climate resilience and nature-based solutions. She builds strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders, from government agencies to non-profit organizations. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a dedication to data-driven results and collaborative leadership, positions her as a force driving our collective journey toward a more sustainable and equitable future for agriculture and urban communities.
Passionate about well-being, sustainability, and community-driven impact, Kanika brings a unique blend of clinical nutrition, creative arts, and environmental advocacy to her role at Rejuvrth.
A qualified Dietitian (Mumbai University), her journey began in health and fitness before expanding into creative expression through ceramics at one of Singapore’s leading studios (1999–2001). Since 2020, she has focused on sustainable living, particularly community composting.
At Rejuvrth, Kanika heads Community Engagement and Research, designing hands-on workshops and forging collaborations that empower neighborhoods to reduce food waste and regenerate soil.
